Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We begin processing your order the moment it’s placed and aim to ship within 1–3 business days. Due to high demand and international transit, most deliveries arrive within 7–10 days, though during peak order volumes it may take a little longer. We sincerely apologize for any extra wait and thank you so much for your patience and support. Rest assured, from the moment we receive your order we’re working tirelessly to get it on its way—once it leaves our warehouse overseas, the remaining transit is in the carrier’s hands, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the journey.

Q: What’s your returns policy?
A: We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or for packages that never make it to you. In these cases, please email us at EluvaCo@gmail.com right away, we’ll gladly send a replacement shipment.  We apologize for any inconvenience and deeply appreciate your understanding and support!

Q: I just placed my order, where’s the tracking info?
A: Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. This usually takes 2-5 business days. If it’s been longer than that and you haven’t received an update, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
